Why should you consider becoming part of the Lilly Broadcasting team?

We are a family-owned and operated business.  Our goal is to make a difference in the communities we serve.  The contributions of each member of our team are crucial to success.  Unlike some mammoth broadcasting companies who report to shareholders, Lilly Broadcasting starts with the proposition that we work for our viewers, readers and users.  Our decision-making process begins with that core value.
We aren’t the largest television company but our stations, web sites and digital platforms deliver large audiences.  We value the responsibility of providing them with quality news, information and entertainment.  Utilizing the latest technology helps Lilly Broadcasting create operational efficiencies.  But we rely on creative thinking to motivate and help our team members achieve professional growth and a rewarding career.  Innovation is the strategic path to our competitive advantage and strength.
